Inventory is not a leftover house. It is a house we already know how to build, on the ground now. Custom is the same crew, starting from your life.
People hear inventory and think leftover. That is not how we use the word. An inventory home at New Oak is a collection house — The Piedmont, The Parris Oak, The Vista — already designed, already permitted, already in the dirt. You can see it. You can walk it.
Custom is the other door. You pick a homesite. We design the house around how you live, then we build it. Same superintendent. Same trades. Same standard. The difference is when the pencil comes out, not whether anyone cares.
On the ground
201 Parris, The Piedmont, is in mechanicals — plumbing finished, electric Monday, HVAC this week. 102, 104, and 106 Parris, The Parris Oak, have mechanicals complete; siding and insulation this week; drywall Thursday through Saturday. 205 Parris, The Vista, is cleared — foundation pad Tuesday. The Hampton at 119 Beacon Hill Road in Duncan has paint on, cabinets in, and driveway and tile this week. These are not renderings. They are jobs.
What you are actually buying
An inventory home is faster to a move-in date because the architecture is already decided. You still select finishes inside the budget. A custom homesite is slower on purpose: vision, budget, then a plan that belongs on that dirt. Neither is a lesser house.
