Tree-lined street of custom homes at The Enclave Off Mills in Greenville, South Carolina

Homesite, not lot

A lot is dirt with a pin. A homesite is where we design and build your home. The difference is the whole point of The Enclave Off Mills.

We do not sell leftover dirt. At The Enclave Off Mills you are choosing where the house sits, how it takes the light, and how you live in it. Seventeen homesites. Stafford, Tremont, and Parris. Three minutes to Fluor Field. Four minutes to downtown Greenville.

Two ways in

Five inventory homes are under construction on Parris Avenue: The Vista at 205 (cleared, foundation pad Tuesday), The Piedmont at 201 (mechanicals now), and The Parris Oak at 106, 104, and 102 (siding, insulation, drywall this week). 107 Parris — The Haven — is a sold custom build; trusses Monday, roofing midweek. We do not offer 107 for sale.

Eleven homesites remain for a custom build. You pick the site. We design and build your home. Availability has to be confirmed with us. We will not mark a homesite sold from a website.

Why the word matters

Lot is a subdivision word. It is a number on a plat. Homesite is a builder word. It means setbacks, trees, drainage, and a house that belongs there. That is the work of a custom home builder — not a pin on a map.
