Seventeen new custom homes. Not one new house on an old street.
Most new construction is a new house sitting next to someone else’s leftover one. The Enclave Off Mills is seventeen custom homesites. The old houses came down. The street is new.
A lot of custom builds in Greenville are one new house on a street that is still someone else’s. You spend a million dollars and look across the yard at a house that has been there thirty years, or a whole block of them. That is a fine way to live if that is what you want. It is not what The Enclave Off Mills is.
The old houses came down. What is going up is seventeen custom homesites on Stafford, Tremont, and Parris — four minutes from downtown. Five inventory homes already under construction.
